need help with 1st birthday design ideas!

Hi everyone! My nephew's first birthday is coming up in 3 weeks and I wanted to make him a special shirt to wear but am having a hard time coming up with some ideas. It is a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed party. Are there any first birthday idea's around? I saw a couple princess and castle ones but didn't think it would go with the theme TIA!
