It's been many years since I did any design work. I followed the great directions for name fill on Word but it's not working for me. 
I'm using Word Version 14 and things are slightly different. Under Format Shape is where I can slect no line color or and insert the picture as a backgound. But there is no "Fill Effects" to select.
Everything I try comes up with the text on top of the picture. I cannot figure out how to get the picture to fill the text.
It has to be something with the version of Word that I use.
I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on what I need to do to make the name fill work.
