Need HELP starting~ please show me the way!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jessi & I need some help starting a diet. Since 2006 I have been pregnant!! LOL! (seriously) Pregnant 2006, baby boy born 2007, pregnant 2008 another baby boy born 2008, pregnant 2009, beautiful baby girl born 2010! IM soooo DONE! :laughing:

The thing is before kids, I never dieted didnt even think about it. :confused3Since I stopped nursing my daughter 4 months ago my weight has started to become an issue and I dont know where to start with a diet or excercise plan! Gym is out because w/ 3 babies and my DH working nights its impossible for me to get there... I started my diet of special K & salads on Monday.. but I know there has to be a way that is better. So I come to dis & ask you for your help.. I know alot of people are doing this together and I would love to become part of it. Please help me start a plan of action.

my wife has been pregnant forever too! LOL! I'm going to tell her to join this site! (wait a second... then i have to give up the computer...:surfweb:) :rotfl2:

My advice, There are so many wonderful tips on here, just search around & Im sure you will find something that helps you out. understandable you cant make it to the gym, try walking... if you have steps in your house start there w/ excercise. You can run up and down them (or walk), use them as a step bench, push up off of them. walk up and down them carrying your kids... just a start... If you have a wii or some kind of video system in your house, get an excercise game. I love my wii & play golf on it all the time! LOL! :rotfl: the point is, it gets you moving...

also, I have done the special k diet for a couple of weeks and as great as the cereal is, i think you need to expand your horizons after that. Maybe eggwhites, wheat english muffins, yorgurt... the possiblities are endless. A little creativity and support can really help...
