I'm trying to figure out the best week to go during Flower & Garden 2017 that will have the lowest crowds. I have to leave WDW before April 23rd because that's when my annual pass expires. Since Easter is in April that pretty much eliminates all of April. Is it true that the earlier you go in the spring the better the crowds (excluding Easter of course)? So I'm thinking of March 11-19th. Does that seem reasonable? Earlier than that I would be afraid of them changing the F&G start dates & missing it. Later I worry about spring break crowds and Easter crowds. I called WDW and the rates for that week I was thinking of seem rather high which usually indicates crowds - but could just be that they've raised the rates for 2017. Thoughts?
Any other time of the year is pretty straight forward to me, but spring is always a challenge since Easter moves you can't always go by the previous year's crowds.
Thanks!
