We've been to Disney World MANY times, but never with a baby! We desperately need help planning our May itenerary for the Magic Kingdom. We usually start with Splash Mountain and skip most of Fantasly Land and Toon Town. This time we will have our 1 year old with us, and we need a new plan! Is there anybody out there who can help us put together an "Unofficial Guide" type touring plan?? Anybody up for the challenge??

We have an 8am ps for the Crystal Palace. Park will most likely open at 9am. We only have one day for the MK, so we plan to spend the whole day there. I don't think it will be a problem as our little guy is extremely laid back and has no problem napping, etc. in his stroller. He has done lots of all day outings so far (Arts Festivals, Silver Dollar City, etc.) and we've never had any problems. Of course, if it gets to be too much for him, we will cut it short and head back to the Beach Club. This will be our only all day marathon. Most of the trip will be much more relaxing, as we plan to spend lots of time just hanging out at the BC and enjoying Stormalong Bay!

So can anybody help us come up with a plan that will start out with our CP breakfast and take us through Wishes that evening? I don't even know what time to plan for Wishes happening. Any thoughts? The date of our Magic Kingdom visit will be Monday, May 17th. We don't mind crisscrossing and backtracking (a la Unofficial Guide) to avoid the long waits in line!

Here are the things we would like to do: (Of course, we will need to baby swap for the big stuff)

Dumbo
Pooh
Small World
Philharmagic
Tea Party
Carousel
Peter Pan
Pirates
Jungle Cruise
Swiss Family Treehouse (DH loves it.)
Tiki Room
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain
Haunted Mansion
Country Bear Jamboree
Space Mountain
TTA
We also want to visit Mickey and Minnie's houses, but we won't want to wait to do the autographs since we have character meals planned to see those guys.

We will plan on having a counter service lunch somewhere and having dinner back in our room after we are finished.

OK. So, I know it's ambitious. Anybody up to the challenge?:hyper:

I am not an expert, but this schedule seemed to work for some people who I knew who went. Note that they did not see any parades. Also they did a lot of running around and they took every advantage possible of the fast pass system. On the fast pass it tells you when you can get your next fast pass, and they paid a lot of attention to those times. So this is assuming that your fast pass times are similar to the ones that they got (which depends on luck) Ok here goes- deep breath:

After breakfast hit Fantasyland - get a fast pass for Peter Pan immediately. Ride It's A Small World, Dumbo, and the Carousel. If time is ready to get another fast pass then get one for Pooh. Ride Peter Pan next. See Philharmagic. Get on tea cups. Ride Pooh if time is ready. As soon as you can get your next fast pass run over and get one for splash mountain. See Country Bear Jamboree. Ride Big Thunder Mountain. Ride Splash Mountain. Next time you can get fast pass get it for Jungle Cruise. Take a break and eat lunch- maybe at Columbia Harbour House. See show in Tiki Room. Ride Jungle Cruise. If any fast passes are still available make your next one for Space Mountain. Ride Pirates after Jungle Cruise and do Swiss Family Tree House. Head over to ToonTown, and then over to tomorrowland. Get on TTA and Space Mountain.

Like I said- this type of schedule worked for them, but I don't know if it is the best or not. I am not sure what time Wishes will be that night. Good luck!
