Need help for party of 5

The cast we be me and my husband, my son (26), my daughter (21) and her boyfriend (23). I would prefer not to get two rooms, but am unsure of how cramped we would be in one.

No preference in hotel yet, but what are my options so there may be some sort of privacy. Thanks.

The only thing that makes any sense to me would be two rooms. Privacy and sharing ONE bathroom with 5 adults would be a major concern for me. Cost wise this would work out to be your least expensive choice.

A suite at Portofino would still only give you 2 queen beds so someone is sleeping on the couch unless you take 2 bedrooms. When would you be going? I think the suites start at over $500 a night.

Well, if you're comfortable with your daughter sleeping in a bed with her boyfriend, and you rent a Cot, you should be ok. It might get hectic, but it would be cheaper than another room.
