Need help deciding which restaurant for last AM in WDW

For our last AM of our trip, I want to make breakfast reservations. Any suggestions? I have already booked (for other days in the trip) Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, and Kona.

Our last trip was Me, hubby, my mom, and DS11, DD10, and DS 5.
Our last day we ate at Boma for breakfast and then toured the savannah area looking at animals until we had to leave for the airport. It was a lot of fun!

If you don't want characters, I understand Boma is terrific. If you want characters, how about Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club (Minnie, Goofy and Chip and Dale in beach attire)? I understand it is very good and that the character interaction is wonderfu. We are trying it for the first time this year.
