Hello all,
I need some advice. Today I went to a gym, with a friend to start on our way to weight loss and getting fit. I am 214lbs and haven't exercised for YEARS. The schedule we were given said "Modern Yoga" for today, but it was an old schedule and it was a Spinning class. We did it. I am dying
My legs are killing me. Walking up and down my steps is quite the painful experience.
OK, now for your advice. We were going to go to class tomorrow, called Fat Burning, I don't know what it is really. If I can move in the morning should I go, or should I take 2 days off? I can't go Wed., so if I skip tomorrow it will be Thurs and that is a Step class.
TIA. I am proud that I started, but I don't want to hurt myself!
