Not for WDW, but my ds has Apraxia and we have a walk a thon for him in October. I have a team of about 50 walkers...of various ages and t shirt sizes. I've been looking online to try to make a tshirt that will accomodate everyone on the team, but the cheapest I have found is about 12.00 a shirt. Is there any way to get that cost down? I am not very creative, so I wasn't sure where else to turn...is there a simple and inexpensive way to make this myself? I'm desperate! Any suggestions would be really great. Thanks.

Check out the Disigns board. There is info about how to make the shirts, where to purchase them, and there are even people that will make a design for you. Just a word of warning..... it can be addicitive!
