Need DDP help

If I made my own reservation at the dolphin, can I add DDP. I got the room cheap because I am anurse. Any advice. If yes, How do I do it?
 
You would not be eligible for the DDP when staying at the Swan/Dolphin as they are not Disney-owned resorts.
