Need candy cane heart link, please

I have tried the "search" but can't seem to get the right combination to find the post.

Can someone please direct me to the post about making hearts from candy canes?

(or tell me how to do them again?)

Take two candy canes and face them with the crooks inward. Glue onto paper. They form a heart.

Or...

Heat oven on low (about 200 or so). Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet, place candy canes with crooks and ends touching to make a heart. Heat them until soft then pinch the crooks and ends together to seal. Let them harden.

We just made ours last night.
