We had dinner there while on vacation last week and I would like to send a letter to compliment the server we had, he went aboveboard.

Care to fill us in on what happened?

We had great service there last year. The food was terrible, but the service was top-notch and they fixed everything and made us feel great despite the kitchen's mistakes.

So I'm curious what your experience was like.

The food was wonderful actually we were quite surprised how good it was LOL.

Our server just really took his time with us and he helped our daughter cut her food, helped her with her desert. and played with our infant son (8 months) we have never had really personalized service at WDW maybe because the servers are always so hurried.

Edited to add: It has been a long time since I have traveled with an infant and this is not usually the kind of restuarant I would take an infant to but DH and I wanted one fancier meal so we chose this one. Our server just did whatever he could to make us (the parents) more relaxed.

Wow, that's just wonderful! Disney sure does the customer service thing so well. Not every CM every time, but on average they're so far beyond everyone else it's amazing.
