Think of it as a $13 item. Free shipping on VB doesn't happen for under $75 typically.

Is it the planner? I wanted to order the $5 planner but couldn't justify the shipping, so I fixed the problem by ordering 2 tote bags AND the $5 planner Seriously, the previous post was correct VB rarely has free shipping on less than $75.
