Need a really special family event - any suggestions?

I need to find something great that we can all do - something a little out of the ordinary. DH is interested in a fireworks cruise but the reviews I've gotten are just so-so and for $250 I'd rather feel more confident that we'll really like it.

Any input appreciated and if I'm missing the proverbial boat on the FW cruises let me know that too!

I can't tell how many people are in your group but we did the Magical Fireworks Voyage as part of a grand gathering and it was incredible. The view of Wishes was magnificent and the money was well spent. I hope someday we are a group of eight again so we can do this cruise a second time.
