A 16 year old young man in my church has been told the treatment for his cancer is not working. briefly, he has been given the options:
1. Do nothing and have reasonable quality of life through the summer.
2. Start a very strong and possibly lethal round of chemo and possibly survive.
He chose number 2.
His name is Doug A. and he is in central Ohio and I would appreciate your prayers for him and his family.
Now I did not want to start a debate or thread on cancer and its treatment.
I really cannot provide any more information about him, his diagnosis or treatment. I will say he is a great kid, a devout christian and someone any of you would be glad to know.
thanks,
jim
