Last time we drve to airport from WDW (along a toll highway, do not remembr nae) could not find gas station, so had to circle through airport ad litrally head back in (towards Florida Mall I think), then got off first exit. What is the better way as I know there must be one to find gas station to gas up rental car.

I know there is a gas station as you leave the Magic Kingdom, it's right after you past the Polynesian Resort, arcoss from the race track, on the right side. It really depends on where you are staying and which highway you will be using to get to the Orlando Airport? Will you be using the Green Belt?

before you reach airport, get off of 417 on Orangle Blossom and there's a few right there.

I use the Exxon Station right as you leave the Magic Kingdom. In fact just did this last week. Gas tank still reads above full when I get to the airport. Has never been a problem.

It may be the same road that Pluto mentioned. I get off 417 at exit 11. There are a couple of gas stations just to the north of the interchange.

Because the toll you have to pay to enter and exit the Greeneway there will probably cancel out the savings over the price at the DD station. If you top the tank at DD, the gauge will still read Full when you reach the airport.

I check out the street price of gasoline before I leave (often by asking here), and if the rental agency comes close to that, I just take the pre-pay option to save myself the hassle.

Any number on 192 with easy access to 417. Top it off well and gauge reads full at airport. Did it last week no problem......

Instead of using 417 (Greeneway), go up I-4 (east) to 528 (Beeline). Get off Beeline at exit 9 (Tradesport). Left at bottom of ramp, use left lane, go under Beeline and nice cheap gas station is on left. Don't go back under Beeline but instead stay on that north side and take McCoy road that parallels Beeline eastbound and you will see a toll plaza that you are skipping. Next light is Semoran, take right to go into airport north entrance. Total toll 50 cents.

If you use this gas station you don't have to cram it full but instead pull out the nozzle when it clicks off.

The prepay option sucks because there will be lots of gas you paid for, left behind in the tank when you return the car.

When we leave WDW property, we are on 536. At the intersection with 535, there is a convenience store/gas station on the far R-hand corner (Beuna Vista Suites is across the street). We've never had a problem after topping the tank there. I think it is the last gas station before the road merges with/becomes the Greene Way.
