Hi, have had the Navigator app on my Samsung tablet two years no problems. Now 4 weeks from our Alaska cruise it crashes and will not load on the tablet saying the device is not compatable for the app? Any ideas?

Can you update the OS on your tablet? We had that issue with another app on my son’s tablet…operating system was too old after the latest application update. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to upgrade to the supported version.

Goggle hasn't done an android update for tablets for a while now. I think most tablets run android 7 right now. Google may be releasing a new tablet sometime in the next year so so they will probably get back into updates for tablets at that point.

Same problem with my samsung phones. galaxy j3 luna pro
android version 6.0.1
security software version asks v1.2 release 161011 june02018
we sail in 9 days so i will use the dcl app on my ipad if i dont buy a new phone

Totally deleted on all Devices then reinstalled?
