Not able to link APs on site last night. Bought our latest ones at the end of March. Most other information on site was correct. However, address was seriously wrong.
This ticket or pass cannot be converted online. You may convert this ticket or pass into virtual electronic admission by bringing it to any Guest Services location at Walt Disney World Resort.
I tried to link our paper tickets to MDE today, just because I like seeing all my info in one place. Mine is showing up, but DD's isn't. If I try to enter the ticket number again, there's a message saying
I guess maybe it doesn't matter, but I hope I didn't mess something up.![]()
Did you buy the two tickets in two different places?
My Disney Experience is absolutely, totally, completely NOT WORKING for me on Foxfire. As in: it doesn't even show up as an option on the main WDW site! Even the words "My Disney Experience" appear no where for me, on Foxfire version of Disney.com or the "vacation planning" landing page. I've spent hours and hours on this today. Anyone know if there's an APP yet for a Windows phone??? Somehow, Foxfire on a Macbook Pro -- for a Windows-phone user -- seems to be the magic combination for basically being COMPLETELY LEFT OUT of "My Disney Experience." I can't add a payment method, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.
PS: I'm not even a little old lady, or something! I work on a computer all day, every day. What if I were a senior citizen trying to navigate this? Geeeez, Disney website builders, you need to do some re-Imagineering!

When I go into MDE on a computer I can see everything there. My DVC reservation, dining and the one ticket I've linked so far. But when I try to go into it on my iPhone app it tells me that I don't have any reservations for anything and that I'll need to link them if I want to see them...![]()
When I click on My Disney Experience on the website it goes straight to My Plans - no problem. Shows everything I have entered for five days in the parks.
It does not show at all using the Iphone app. I use the calendar to advance to my dates and my dining reservations show - but nothing else.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions to fix it?

I've heard of others occasionally having these kinds of issues with the App. Often times things will show up on the website version of MDE, but the App wil be missing some or all of your info.
Check back again tomorrow. If the problem persists beyond a few days, and it's important to you to have the information appear in the app itself, give Disney a call.
But rest assured that if the info is appearing on the website, all of your reservations and information is in the Disney system. I think the app just has problems sometimes retrieving everything it's supposed to.
Anyone else have trouble trying to make a reservation with the Wishes Fireworks Party using the web page on the iPhone app but not being able to select the number of people? This works for me on Ohanas...
I've tried the app on the iPhone and its nigh-impossible to search for dining reservations on it... Yeah you can DO it... but you can't mark locations for quick lookup - If you're constantly rechecking for cancellations (like, y'know... 'Ohana!) you have to re-search for it and drill through the lists then re-enter your date/people/time info again.
