Tyler (Chip-n-Dale Express) now works at Pop Century. He said in the PC thread that the big groups like the Chearleaders will always go to the All-Stars with overflow to the Carribean Beach. Pop Century wasn't built with those kind of groups in mind. Notice no big meeting halls and the courtyards aren't really conducive to practice.

Policy may change, but right now... no big groups at PC.
