Hi there everyone, Yellowlabforever here.

As some of you may know I made National BPA convention! I qualified in two events, Java and Fundamentals of XHTML. Here are my plaques and my certificate, although you can't see what I placed I placed 7th in Medical Office Procedures (I didn't place in the top ten last year in that event, so I was happy with how I did).

Since they take the top five in each event... I'm going to Disneyland!!! I placed 6th in Fundamentals of XHTML last year, just out of placing and this year I placed 4th.

Cast of Characters
Me: 18 years old. Lover of Disney parks. First trip to DCA, and first trip I can remember to DL and DTD. Qualified in 2 events.
C1: Clubmember 1. Participating in 2 events. On a team with C2
C2: Clubmember 2. Backup for another clubmember. On a team with C1
A: Advisor

Others: Those that we either travel with or meet up with or that are worth mentioning.

We are staying at the Hilton Anaheim. We leave in 24 days, and I can't wait!! I have to ask my advisor when we are leaving/arriving and about our airline stuff, and I think that it is going to be fun.

The last time I went to DLR was when I was 8, and that was before DCA. I don't remember DL at all except BTMRR, so it'll be a new experience for me. I've been to WDW about 3 times now that I can remember, and I'll be going to WDW a month after this for my graduation :cheer2:

EDITS title: It's actually 5/4-5/9... oops

Well I just got back yesterday and I had an awesome time, it was so much fun!

So now, here's the start of the Trip Report

Day 1, Arrival.

We got off to an early morning start.

And we awoke to snow on the ground... It would eventually snow two feet while we were gone. It is all nearly gone now.

Flying to Denver

We had a short layover in Denver. For breakfast/lunch I had a turkey wrap with chips, but I did not take a picture of those. Next, we boarded a really large plane to go to LAX. It was one of those planes that had three columns and two aisles instead of one aisle. We even got our own personal little TV with a map on it, it was pretty cool.

Soaring over California.... Literally

Next we arrived at our hotel, the Hilton Anaheim

We then checked in and A and D2 had to get their Disney tickets. A nice cast-member named Christine (I think that's what her name was, she had red hair), helped us out.

After we got the tickets, we decided to go straight to DLR. It is about a mile walk each way. When we finally got there, we decided to go to

And our first ride was going to be

So after Soarin', we decided to go and check out Paradise Peir. A and D2 rode California Screamin. I chickened out the first time because it looks so much bigger than it does in pictures.

After they rode that, we then went on

We then went on the Golden Zephyr, and I got some good pics of the construction

After exploring Paradise Pier, we went on Grizzly River Run. Luckily I didn't get totally soaked.

Now it was time for our Fastpasses for Soarin. We got those, and were able to get in the first row on the left side

Then we decided that we should head over to Disneyland!

Sorry about the strange picture sizes, Photobucket does not like to size up photos, it won't allow me and I can't figure out how.
