National Rates are down again today (11/29)

Totally bummed! I joined Emerald through my job free, but used hubbys CC in the sign up. I only use debits myself and they do not take debits for rentals... hubby isn't coming . So I can't use National ????? waaaaaa

are there any ways around this? leaving Dec 29 ....
