Hello all,

we have a reservation for a convertible later in August to be picked up at MCO. I am an Emerald Club member but this is our first rental with National. I think this reservation is classified as Emerald Reserve (or something like that).

Can anyone tell me what happens if with go out the the lot and there are no convertibles to be found?

talk to the people in the booth or the attendants who are roaming around. Alamo is owned by the same company and they most likely will direct you that way.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about a convertable not being there, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared.
