No, you cannot. Price them both out and see which one saves you the most. THe $20 off coupon has always been better for us because we use EA and want the chance of an upgrade.... we got a minivan one trip. If you use the two car upgrade to a full size, that will be the car you get, no matter what is you are using Emerald Reserve. OF course, you have to be an Emerald Club member for those options (it is free to join).

We've used National once and loved the counter bypass. Have it booked again for our next trip. Can you explain the EA to me? Is that where you will get what you book or better when you pick up, and is ER basically what you book is what you get? Where is the option to do EA? We did ER last time. Thanks.....
