Hi Cherie, I love your pics. It is surprising that more people did not have jerseys on for the Superbowl. In Pittsburgh on Sundays all you see is Black and gold, and I see Steelers jerseys everywhere we go during the football season. We usually go to Disney in October and the parks are full of them. You all looked cozy on such a cool day!

The picture of you guys in your gear with Mickey is awesome! I can't believe you didn't see more Colts fans wearing stuff. I see Patriots and Red Sox hats, shirts, etc. ALL of the time no matter where we go so you'd think on the day of the Superbowl there would have been more. Interesting.

First off, hope that you are all feeling better. Probably this stupid Louisiana weather getting you down. I mean, in the 70s one day and then snow yesterday?

I am loving all of the character pictures with you in your Saints jerseys. While you were enjoying Disney World, we were sitting around the house waiting on the game to come on. Would have rather been with you guys.

THe other thing I noticed was the landscaping around the Seas. It really looked bad- like it had frozen and not been replanted. That tells me it really was very cold. When we were there it was so pretty in that area around The Seas.

Your shots of the UK Pav are very lovely. I tried to use one as my wallpaper but it was too small to cover my screen. Ah well.

Nice job; looking forward to hearing about the rest of your day and your Teppan meal.

Oh boy.... it's here... the Superbowl Sunday update.... sigh....

I guess I'll have to read and enjoy it as much as I can....

Not sure what was up with the lack of Colts fans. Our news reporters from Indy that were in Miami all week were saying the same thing... even in Miami, they noticed a considerable difference in the amount of Cots vs. Saints fans. I think the Colts fans were slightly afraid to show face when the entire country was rooting against them, know what I mean?

LOVE the character pictures.. you got some great ones! And, you know, if you were wearing a Colts jersey, Mickey would've said they were number one. From what I've heard, he's kind of a pushover and just agrees with whoever is with him at the time. Maybe he needs some counseling for that...

Thanks for the well wishes. We are all sort of hanging on. Still with the sinus stuff. Trying to not let it stop us. I'm at the salon right now getting that youthful glow renewed....minus all the gray's!

We had gotten some hot cocoa at MK a couple of weeks ago because it was so cold and it was REALLY HOT too... I burnt my tongue and it was numb all day. I just held the cup for the next hour to keep my hands nice and warm.

Hope you feel better soon.... we've been under the weather here too.

That's what happened to me too! Ds couldn't understand why I was making him wait a little while before drinking his hot chocolate.

Great update Blue! Loved the photos. And great job on your rock recon! It's so hard to comprehend a cold day at The World as it's always been blazing hot when we were there. I definitely need to do a winter trip sometime.

we were in MK this day...but only my nephew had on Colts gear because my SIL who is pregnant could not wear her jersey anymore...but they were the only ones in our family who wore gear. My SIL is from Indy and the rest of us Ohio...but I think my dad and brother were wearing their Purdue gear because my brother is a Purdue graduate and so is Drew Brees. But it might have been hard to see some team gear because it was soo COLD!! I had soo many cute Disney shirts for my DS that no one ever saw because we never took of his coat in the parks! LOL!

It was super cold! We looked for hats and other hints of colts fans but didn't see any.
You could tell the saints fans even in the cold. There were hats and beads and pins, etc.

Yay for the start of the SS update!! looks fun so far!!

It was a fun day! We got sooooo many "who dats" yelled at us. There were people not from La. Yelling it too.....I think they had fun being a part of something so special. If they'd yell it, we'd yell back. People loved it. It was high energy all day.

You got some really pretty shots around Uk too.

It was great! See what I typed above. People from all around were rootin' for us. Occasionally we'd get a "go colts" from CM's. It was all in fun and everyone was in a great mood!

That's awesome that you got character pictures in your team gear on Superbowl Sunday! And what a great Superbowl Sunday it turned out to be.

It was fun to play w/ the characters inour saints gear. I'm glad we got pictures. Yes, it was an awesome day!

We were super excited, yet nervous about the Superbowl. It made for a really fun day, though!
I agree about the landscaping. It was sooo cold and we weren't even there during the previous freezing weather that had passed through. I do believe they were in the process of replanting a lot of stuff because the entrance and some other places were just beautiful with flowers!

Winter trips are fun. We normally love them. The problem with the cold this time was that there was also 20-30 mph winds! By the end of the day you just felt beat down.

Did I ever tell you that for years I have done a little excersise routine with the consumers to teh SAINTS Go Marching Home !!! They LOVE it !!! For those who are ambulatory we do a Blues parade marching around playing make believe trumpets !!!
