Okay so we got tickets to the National Championship,,,,who knew they'd actually draw our name from season ticket holders? Anyway any info about the area (dolphin stadium) would be appreciated....we're thinking of staying in Napels then driving across the day of the game.....

I would stay Ft. Lauderdale. Its nice and much closer.

Im a Dolphins season ticket holder.

There really isnt much in the area. It all depends on what you are looking for. Fort Lauderdale Beach or south to Miami might be more exciting. You do have the area west towards the Sawgrass Mills Mall area if you just want to chill.

Do you want excitement? Good food? Nightlife? Beach? Shopping? Proximity to to the stadium? Its all about what you are looking for.

As far as the area itself, just a place to drive to for a game. Naples is about an hour and a half to 2 hour away. Pretty much pick a place in South Florida you would like to see and stay there and just drive in to the game LOL.

good for you. We are season tickets holder with Florida, and we did not get any. I did bid on some for $1500 but luckily lost, now we are going to watch it at home and go on a cruise in May!

We have now begun to talk about Hard Rock Seminole.....as far as amusment....we will want to see the beach and maybe shop at a coach outlet if there is one near....not much of a night life group so mostly looking at touristy kind of stuff is what we will do.

We are talking about flying into orlando Tuesday early and doing a day at Disney Wednsday (bet you guys can tell me how to get a one day ticket), then driving down to Hard rock Thursday and drop off my mom to gamble while Step dad and I go to the game, then drive to Naples and stay by the beach to look around Friday morning and fly back friday afternoon from fort myers.


It's a whirlwind I tell you.

The game is going to be over really late, like midnight. You wouldn't get to naples until about 3 a.m.

Why are you attached to Naples? Its on the other coast Stay at the Hard Rock in Hollywood Beach, and enjoy the ocean there. (I know the property isn't on the ocean), but its right there.

No flights out of Ft Lauderdale that arent 400 to 500 and we wanted to go to one of the west coast beaches. Plus there are a deficiet of decent hotel rooms close to the game.
