The 9th race of the 2023 season is the "NOCO 400" at Martinsville Speedway on SUNDAY, April 16th.

Martinsville Speedway is an oval track with a lap distance of 0.526 miles. 400 laps are scheduled for a race distance of 210 miles.

I believe this is the 3rd short track race in a row. But, none shorter than here. Not only is this the shortest track on the NASCAR schedule it is the only track with asphalt straightaways and concrete surfaced turns.

#25 is the defending champion. The active driver with the most wins in #11. #19 and #6 uech have 2.

Joining the defending champion with 1 win are #8 and #4.

After missing 5 weeks due to a broken leg, Chase Elliott used social media to say he will see us at Martinsville.
