Narcoosses?

We are headed back to WDW in a few weeks and wondered if anyone has a recent review of Narcoosses. Last summer we ate there and were suprised at how good it was. It actually passed Flying Fish (which was my long time favorite) as my favorite nice dining spot at WDW. I'd like to make sure that it is still good.

We ate here in May (week before Memorial Day) and it was one of our favorites for the week. DH had the surf and turf and I had the scallops. Everything was delicious!

Were you on the Dining plan?? Is the surf and turf an allowable item on that plan? We are dining there in July on the Dining Plan.. and I know this is something that would interest my dh.

We really enjoyed Narcoosee's last trip. I would highly recommend it.

Were you on the Dining plan?? Is the surf and turf an allowable item on that plan? We are dining there in July on the Dining Plan.. and I know this is something that would interest my dh.

Narcoosee tales two credits on the DDP and is soooo worth it. I ate there May 9th. Service was wonderful, as was the surf and turf. The almond cheesecake was to die for. There are no restrictions there on the DDP.

To the OP, it is just as good as you probably remember. I was on the DxDDP and ate at a Signature restaurant every night that week. I ate at: Artist Point, Jiko, Flying Fish, Yatshman, California Grill, Citricos, and Narcoosee. Narcoosee was my favorite meal of the entire trip. It is the only meal I am repeating for my upcoming Sept trip. Can't wait!

We ate there in December and are planning on going back this December too (already have ADR's for 12/6/08). The food was good, however it took 35 minutes (and it wasn't even that busy) to get our food. That's difficult when you have two 3 year olds that are hungry and getting fussy cuz it's taking so long for the food to arrive. I hope this next experience is much better. The food was good and can't wait to try it again.

Oh perfect!!! I know DH would be so interested in the Surf & Turf. I was worried that because of the price that it would be restricted, despite handing over 2 TS for the signature restaurant.

Last year ate at Flying Fish, that was amazing!!!

We wanted to try some place we hadnt been before!! Thanks for the recommendations!

Love love Narcoossee's. A must do on every trip. We love the food and we love to watch wishes during our dinner. I love the whole lobster and DH likes the surf and turf but he subs crab cakes. Try the raspberry mojito it's soooo yummy.

Sign us up for the LOVE NARCOOSEES CLUB! The ceasar salad is amazing. . . and I am in love with the Tanglewood Chicken. Yum Yum Yum! We go every year on our anniversary, and it's one of our favorite places to eat!

Hubby and I ate there back in November (not exactly recent anymore) and we loved it. I think it was our favorite meal. We both had the whole Maine lobster and being from New England. where seafood is a staple of our diet, we thought it was cooked perfectly. I even commented that I've had some very poorly cooked lobster here in Boston, a place where they should be used to cooking it, and Narcoossee's was actually better.
