If we decide to use 2 TS here, are any entrees excluded? Some cost $70+!

We've used the DxDP 3 times and have never experienced any entrée that wasn't included on the dining plan!

From what I understand, all entrees are included, no matter the price!

(I think that there is an exception with V&As though - I don't think they're included at all, but don't quote me on that!)

I think all entrees are included. My parents dined there last year with 2 credits and they both got the surf and turf and that is $71. You should be good! The only things excluded are appetizers and alcoholic beverages.

Are appetizers excluded if you're on the DxDP? I thought you always got appetizer/entree/dessert/non-alcoholic drink unless it was a buffet or breakfast meal, but we've never eaten at a signature restaurant at Disney before. That's also what the 2014 DxDP guide we found online says....did that change? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect.

Appetizers are included with all table service lunches and dinners on the deluxe plan

Yes, everything's included. DH always gets the steak and lobster dish....regardless of whether we're on the dining plan or not. Last fall the item was listed by itself on the menu. Last month, it was a small subscript under the steak. Something like "with lobster tails $..".

Oh yea! I should have mentioned that just in case... I was just speaking for the regular dining since that is what we do. On the DxDP, apps are all included also!

OP here. I was vague...we would be on basic DDP which would not include appetizers. Just seeing if any entrees are excluded if we choose to use 2 credits here. Appears no exclusions! Never eaten at a two credit restaurant...well we did eat at L Cellier and dinner in the castle back when they were one credit meals. Thanks for the info.
