Narcoosees - Lobster on Dining plan ?

I just checked ALLearsnet and the lasest menu at Narcoosees has surf n turf or lobster on the menu. Can anyone tell me for sure if you can order this on the dining plan ? I would give up 2 TS credits for Lobster here.

Word on the street is that there are no exclusions at Disney-owned signature restaurants. You're "paying" 2 TS so that is enough to cover some lobster!
