Is this really necessary to give all name and addresses for everyone in my party staying in my room? would i have a problem at check for my 1BR at saratoga if i only have my name on the reservation and no one else? i wonder why disney cares who stays in the room with you

problem is that i have a resevation under my name and a friend has a reservation under her name and im not sure we will figure out in advance who will be staying with whom.

would that be problematic?

The front desk will print out key cards with each person's name on them when you check in. This will allow each person entry/access during Extra Magic Hours, as well as provide proof that the person is a registered guest at a Disney resort. Without providing the names to the front desk at check-in, you will not have cards for anyone and will be unable to utilize the extra magic hours.

The desk also needs to know names and ages if you are adding the dining plan, as that is how they determine price.

Ahh i forgot how much ties into your room keys...yikes!! makes sense though thanks.

They also need this information if you plan to use Magical Express. If a guest is not registered, no bus for you.

When I made my reservations, I provided MS with each of the names, but just provided my address. It was easier for me that way.

That's what I do, too.
