Name of the man in Germany Epcot-makes glass ornaments

Does anyone know the name of the glass blower in Germany who makes the hand blown multicolored glass Christmas Ornaments?

Oh my DisBoards, for the first time you have let me down. I really need this information and no one here knows the answer?

My families ornament like this one was stolen and the legal beagles involved what as much of a description of all items as I can give them.

I saw the same man/artist in EPCOT this past December so I know he is still around but I can not remember his name!

It's on the tip of my tongue! AAAARGH! And my boxes are on a shelf in the garage that I can't reach or I'd pull my ornament out and look at what I wrote on the box. I *will* remember this!!!

I just asked my husband. He remembered the first name then I remembered the last (and googled to make sure) Reinhard Herzog!
