MYW dining with Whispering CC.. buffet??

We are doing the WYW dining and am planning a PS for WCC.

We have never eaten here before and by looking at the menu it seems that desserts and some drinks are listed seperate.

Does that mean if we use our MYW dining we would not get a dessert?

Could we order a shake for our drink??

This seems like a stupid questions but.... can some in your party order the buffet and others off the menu?

How about the kids meals... do they come with a drink?

I don't know the complete answer to your question, but I can tell you there is no buffet at WCC. Along with ordinary entrees, there is an "all you care to eat" pre-plated platter on the menu at both lunch and dinner; it is delivered to your table with all the items on it, and if you want more of anything, just ask your server. And of course each person can select the platter or not.

I don't see why that would be treated any differently than any other entree on the menu for the dining plan, so my guess is that you could get a dessert as well, and/or a shake for a drink if that is what the dining plan allows for other entrees.

Any non alcoholic drink is included (sodas, milkshakes, smoothies). Milkshakes are all you can drink, smoothies are not. If you order a milkshake and then switch to a Coke, you are charged seperate for the Coke. Yes, dessert is included with the plan, you just pick one off the menu. Not everyone in your party has to get the all you care to eat, others can order al a carte.

We ate at WCC for dinner May 8 and it was very good. DH & I both had the skillet and they still gave us an appetizer and dessert. For your drink you can get smoothie or milkshake. But be aware that you can not get the milkshake as your dessert. That was my intention and we got smoothies for our drinks thinking we could get milkshake for dessert and were disappointed. But the server said they can't enter it in the system and it considers milkshake a drink. But I had the dessert that had bananas and ice cream and it was wonderful!
