MYW Dining-Does 2 yo Have to Get it?

Just wondering if we should add for 2 yo as she will be free at many buffets would it be worth having MYW Dining for her... and would we have to get it if the rest of us do?

I don't even have a 2 year old but I am curious. Does Disney actually bank meal credits for the free children or do the kids just eat free everywhere. I can see them eating free with no actual credits at a sitdown place but it seems that counter service ordering could be a little more difficult.

I was under the impression that my 2 year old would eat free at the buffets, but have to share our food fromCS and TS restaurants. Or, I'll pay out of pocket for a kids meal if there isn't enough food...Which I doubt will happen with all of the food you get each meal.

You must be age 3 and up to purchase the MYW meal plan. There will not be any credits for those who do not have a purchased meal plan.

As stated, a child's meal can be purchased separately, if needed, or they can share with the family.
