Mythos and New Years Eve info please...

Can anyone tell me what type of menu Mythos will have for New Years Eve and what the price for adults and children will be? How far in advance should a reservation be made?

MIB9's and I will be there on Sunday, so we can ask them if they have any info on it...we plan to be there that night as well.
