Mystic Dunes, anyone?

We are staying at Mystic Dunes for our next trip. I've read very mixed reviews online--anyone have personal experience? I did request a renovated room.

Our trip to Mystic Dunes is done--and we were very pleased! I requested a renovated room in a quiet area, and they took care of that. It was very clean, very quiet. We got housekeeping every day (did not ask for it) and never got one call about a timeshare discussion. Everyone we talked to was very polite. We went to the parks for the most part and didn't spend much time there, but it was a very good stay. The 2-bedroom unit was huge! I would stay there again.

Yea it is nice there, we had a 2 BR right next to the golf course. Huge villa, in fact I prefer the villa to the Westgates and the Orange Lakes in the area. Where they are lacking in regards to those 2 is the amenities. WestGate and especially Orange Lake really offer alot on property, but if you are park hopping the entire time and just want the convenience of a fridge and kitchen, Mystic Dunes is much quieter and nicer to me.

Those speed bumps are killer though lol.
