I really want to know if I am the only one who has to go through this all of the time...
It seems as if any time I make a purchase through certain vendors (this time, Petco), I have to email mypoints a month or so later. I get a response a week later saying they are crediting the points, wait 5 full business. Those days pass, I send another email. The points show up a few days later, and in another few days I get an email saying the points were credited, I need to "...remember that you must login to your account before checking your Account Balance." Like I didn't know that
When I look at the points credited, I have to wait another month to have access to the points. My last Petco order of 1/19 will not have it's points available to spend until 4/21. I am frustrated with both mypoints, and Petco (who obviously didn't report the purchase).
It seems as if this has been happening more frequently since last fall - maybe a bankruptcy problem? I know about 30% of my transactions aren't being credited correctly. Between that and the "technical difficulties" - Ugh!
