Mypoints gift certificate

On May 7th, I ordered a mypoints gift certificate. On May 8th, the status of this order was "shipped". As of today the 23rd, I still haven't received the order. I emailed mypoints, but they said that I need to wait 6 weeks before contacting them. Should I assume my gc got lost? When I ordered a gc before, once the status said "shipped", I got the gc in less than a week. What should I do? Thanks in advance!

I would email them! What kind of gc was it? Besides webcerts, the only thing I have ordered from them was gas cards and I always got those within a week.

an Olive Garden gift certificate. You think I should email them again? I just worry that they'll get mad that I'm emailing them again about the same order and will put me in their bad books or something! What do you think?

I would email them again. I have a phone number for them somewhere, I will try to find it. If they don't email you back then I would call. It sounds like it has gotten lost in the mail.
