I've been walking around my neighborhood once or twice a week to break up my treadmill routine. I normally walk 1 mile or so on the treadmill so I figured that what I was walking in a similar amt of time outside. I finally drove my walk route and found out that it is a little over 2miles!!!! I can't beleive I've been doing that and feeling so great after it.
So are you going to try adding some miles on the treadmill now that you've found out you have been secretly walking more outdoors?
