Well, I'll try this again. DIS Boards burped. I had a conference in Central Florida this weekend so I decided to meet DisneyCP2002 afterwards at MGM. Left the conference in Leesburg at 10:30am. Whoops water hose is leaking so we have to stop at Pep Boys in Apopka to get it repaired. Sit in their waiting room until 2:45pm. Finally the car is repaired and we are back on the road to MGM. Arrive at 3:15. Darn I missed Beauty and the Beast 
Go and replace my AP which I left at home. Boy was that castmember slow. Head for Mickey Ave to meet DisneyCP2002 who is line waiting for an autograph from Llyod who Plays Anakin in Star Wars. She gets the autograph and we hug. DisneyCP2002 calls MommytoMJM to see where she and her crew are. Head to PLayhouse Disney to meet them. The doors are closed but they take us in the back way so we can join them. Show over and I finally meet MommytoMJM, DaddytoMJM and of course, Marjorie (MJM) who is as cute as a button. We decide to go to the Commissary to get a drinka nd some food but it is so crowded we decide to forego that. Head for the steps of the ABC Theater and settle for the group on the steps to wait for the parade. This means getting 3 of us out of wheelchairs and then parking wheelchairs. We send my dh for food and drinks. Another family with a deaf son joins us in the area. Just before the parade is to start the interpreters show up and set up their box. Marjorie, of course has to hug Jennye one of the interpreters. Instant attraction. I need to mention that Marjorie loves castmembers and they seem to feel the same. Lots of castmembers stopped to say hi to her. As we sat there who should walk by but Angiebelle. She joined us on the steps to watch the parade. My husband had not come back with food yet. He got stuck and didn't get back until after the parade.
Parade was great as always. We all enjoyed it. Marjorie signed I love you to all the characters and some signed back. (Thank you little Mermaid!) After the parade the group of us stood around talking( or sitting for some of us
) and who did I see rolling by but DCLFun so I called to her and she joined us. With her was her beautiful service dog. Her first visit to MGM with DCLFun. We all enjoyed talking until my dh and I had to leave to come back to Miami.
It was great meeting all these DIS members. Some of us are already planning a ladies night out at PI in July when I go up to the Tupperware Convention.
