Tinks said:Wow! This thread kept going! I went to Sears this morning. The young man selling them acted like I was bothering him with my questions. I looked, tried out one or two, and left.
Later, I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond, but they only carry the upright 07 and 14. Bummer. I want the canister. Those uprights will not go under furniture, even the "low" model (red one) looks like you'll have to bend waaaaay over to push it under your bed or couch, and the Sears guy said, "oh no, none of these are going to really get under your furniture"....![]()
I'm used to canisters. The Sears guy said he "wouldn't buy a canister....they've only ever sold like one of them...."![]()
Now I'm calling Linens-n-things to see if they carry the canister. If they do, it is mine tomorrow!
I'd love a Miele, but I'm desperate for a vacuum and can't wait for shipping. My house is a mess because we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Yes, it "sucks."![]()
) comes with the under the furniture attachment thing to connect to the hose....is "sucks" so good with that attachment that you sometimes can't lift it off a bare floor with out REALLY pulling hard!!Tinks said:Wait! Stop the presses! "Under furniture attachment thingy"!? I didn't see any thingy! So it snaps onto the hose when you have it pulled out? Can you use it for bare (read wood) floors or is it just for???? I'm lost.
