My Trip to Disney Would not be Magical Without............

Getting on the plane (now with Wishes soundtrack in hand) with my wife. We both get so excited and ready about 6 months early and begin the daily countdown. I don't think Disney hold the same magic without her. I think with anyone else it is just a theme park.

The first time we see the Castle.

-getting my Mickey mouse wake-up call
-going back in time at ToT and hearing the music, feeling the mist and the pre-que spiel
-seeing Tink fly before the fireworks.

no trip would be magical without my Charming...and our girls...I realize there will be a dau when they won't want to come with us but Charming has no choice!

My Kids!!!

Our first trip with kids, we got there just in time for the parade and I was in tears for the whole thing. We lucked into seats at a spot where they picked kids to come dance and our boys went out there several times. I could have gone home happy after 15 minutes in the park!!!

-riding the monorail
-seeing the castle for the first time during the day, and sitting on Main St at night as the park closes and watching it change colors

Staying onsite...that way we never have to leave the Happiest Place on Earth after visiting the parks. The magic continues even if you are just sitting in the lobby of your hotel or chilling by the pool.

My best friend Cindy. She's the only person in my life that "get's it". I can't imagine going without her, which I will never do. We have so much fun together that she is as much a part of it as the resort, parks, attractions etc.

Well, like the other posters, sharing it with my DS and DD even though they're 17 and 28 respectively, I'd have to say for MK it's got to be the walk across the bridge to Tomorrowland. That brings back memories of watching Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color.

walking down main street and seeing the castle, riding test track with my hands in the air, the smiles on my childrens faces, riding on soarin, space mountain, rockin rollercoaster, seeing the characters, fireworks at Epcot & MK and staying on property!!!!

Seeing the fireworks reflected in my kid's eyes. That baby girl in my siggie was announced to her daddy and her big brother just before the fireworks began about 5 years ago and I'll always remember that moment.

Illuminations......I have gone to WDW and opted to see Wishes instead (wasn't there long enough to do both) and it just wasn't the same. Illuminations is what makes my trip worth taking.
