What the heck is going on? So not only did they quote you for a promotion that's not "on" yet, but they let you put it on hold as well? Did that require a deposit?
If I wasn't half way across the house from where the phone is and didn't have a sleeping baby in my arms, I'd call myself! This is ridiculous! All this anticipation and waiting, and you're telling me it's $80 per person off a $2500+ package.

Anyway, basically she had nothing as far as discounts/special offers for that time, and when I asked if she knew of anything in the future, she said no. I asked if I should just call back every so often and check (yes, I was prying at this point), she said "you can". OMG, what is the deal with these CMs? Why do they make it so difficult? Throw me a bone, lady!
