Skipping Blue Bayou? Notice you are doing Breakfasts in room on Sat and Sunday, Is this because you don't want to schedule a breakfast on a Magic Morning day?

We cant afford BB, it was never on our list. If it were just me, DH, and DS9, I would splurge and do it, and cut other things here, but the younger two boys just dont appreciate the ambiance of that yet.

We are doing breakfast in the room 2 mornings for different reasons. Money saving of course is one!! Havent decided which morning we are doing MM yet, but yes, that is why we are skipping 1 of those days. The other morning, I am still considering Riverbelle Terrace, we havent been there in a while, and that restuarant gives me a little more feeling of Walts presence, being that he ate breakfast there every Sunday. Actually, maybe we will eat there Day 4 (Sunday).

I don't think you're going to get much menu variety with both Farmer's Market and Golden Horseshoe on your list - they both feature fried fish/chicken strips/fries, though Farmer's Market also has a salad and a very nice wrap. Have you considered Pacific Wharf Cafe or Taste Pilot's Grill instead of Farmer's Market? To be honest, Golden Horseshoe is one of the last places I'd choose at DL - I think there's so many better choices available, like Zocalo, Redd Rockett's, Plaza Inn, even French Market.

Golden Horseshoe-we liked and we will do again we are going to share the chiken strips and mazrella sticks

we are going to eat at cafe orlens and just have a good desert at BB to save money now.

Bangle BBq will be a quick dinner one night we may buy the meat things and take back to our room and wrap upin tortias and microwave with chesse.

White water snack willb be a lunch one day

were also ordering pizza the secoudn day were there and make it last for snacks or such.

and im gona see if the place with the Bowls from nightmare is there and see if they have the chiken in it (i forgot what restrant it was ill have to check again)

I'm not sure what time your family eats dinner, but you might want to check Whitewater's closing times. For some reason, I'm thinking it is 7pm. I think the Red Wagon does only take cash, but if you want to get around that, just buy Disney Dollars at any of the stores and use them there. That way you don't have to pay an ATM fee.

I was going to get the Disney Dollars. I was just wondering if I needed them, or if I could use my Disney Gift card that I load up. Thanks.
We will be going to WWS at 5:30 or 6pm. I also keep hearing they close at 7.

We decided to do Golden Horseshoe because it has been about 100 years since I have been there. Well, like more than 15, not since I was a kid. And my husband is interested in their chili cheese fries.

We did consider Pacific Wharf Cafe, but my oldest son is sooo picky, there was nothing there he would eat. Although I may consider getting myself a sandwich from there, and getting their food at Farmers Market. I do not really like Taste Pilots Grill all that much, but I love they way they take your orders in there, I think it is soo cool!! That days lunch is still in consideration though.

I appreciate the feedback!!

hmm i noticed you took out cafe orleans. that is my fav place for breakfast... cheapest mickey waffles.and you get alot of fruit too..
Are you staying onsite at a Disney hotel if so your "eat in room" is not room service is it?? if so..rethink your plan again.
I suggest going to the tomorrowland area(is it the tomorrowland terrace? by Jedi training?) to eat breakfast they have nice affordable meals there before 10:30 am i think. french toast sticks, potatoes, bacon, eggs and some other things. come with drinks so that helps!
last may we discovered we could eat there for under 20.00 for a family of 3( this trip the twins did not go only my 5 year old). that is with my husbands "extra" drinks he gets..
oooh BTW my least favorite meal in the whole park( we;ve been going to disneyland for 10 years) was Story tellers cafe last December 07.. not any charater meal but the regular ala cart.. never again kids hated it too....

Yea, I had to take Cafe Orleans off my plan. I really wanted to try the Monte Cristo sandqich, but it will just have to wait. The rest of my family wasnt as appealed to their menu as they were with others, and we had to cut some things down. No, we are not staying on-site, so our breakfasts that we eat in room are just simple little things like fruit, pop tarts, and those microwavable crossant sandwichs things.

I am going to look over the breakfast menu for tomorrowland terrace. We may do that the day we do MM, do our 1 early hour in FL, then as everybody else is rushing into the park, have breakfast.

Thanks!!
