OK...

Princess Dinner @ Norway. It was pretty good. The food wasn't too unusual and it was nice ordering from the menu. The buffet was only for appetizers so that was a treat. The appetizers were the more ethnic variety. My dad enjoyed them. The atmosphere was lovely and the character interaction very good.

Le Cellier @ Canada. The winner. It's beautiful. Food is really good. Service was excellent. Definitely the best meal we had.

Kona Cafe. I planned to love this. All other adults really enjoyed their meal. Mine [beef terryaki] was ok to good. The place was LOUD though. It's open on the 2nd floor of the grand ceremonial house, so if you're hoping for romance, not so sure. We had 7 people so no worries. I just wondered what all the hype was about.

O'hana Breakfast. We really enjoyed this meal last time. This time it was ok. I'd say it's more about the characters which is fine. We were also placed away from the main hubub so maybe that's why it wasn't as good. We all ate, there was plenty of food. The waitress was just ok.

The big bummer was Boma. I enjoyed it but the other 3 adults said they wouldn't go back. The dessert was praised by all. I really liked the coconut curry soup. Yum.

Counter service @ Flame Tree Barbq, Pecos Bills & Capn Cooks [Poly]. The best was Flame Tree BarBQ. Capn Cook had nice variety. Pecos Bills was what you would expect.

So that's it. Last trip we really enjoyed all our meals. Perhaps I was expecting too much this trip? Glad we tried all the restaurants.

Thanks for writing the reviews. I have to agree with your Kona Cafe review. The food is "okay to good" and the atmosphere can get quite loud. We love breakfast there, but rarely go for dinner. I always remember when it was the Coral Isle Cafe and it was more of a family-type restaurant. I don't think the atmosphere at dinner has changed very much. Thanks again.

Great reviews! We also loved the princess dinner at Norway it was nice to be able to choose what you want. I was so worried about eating there and it was one of my favorite on our trips.

Thanks for the reviews - we are eating at Kona for the first time next trip but there will be 7 of us as well so not too worried aobut noise.
