For 5 days now, I have been trying to call MyPoints to find out what the problem is on a GC that I redeemed at the beginning of December...I called a week and a half ago to check on it and the person I talked to said, "Wait about a week and it should be there, it was just put through on January 8th" So, I waited, it is still not here and neither are the other 3 that were supposed to follow!! So I have been calling now and each time I call it says, "We're Sorry, your call cannot be completed. All circuits are busy. Please try again later" This same message for 5 days now at all times of the day??????
Anyone else have this problem?? I don't know why I am getting such a bad feeling about this...
