My Points Survey Problems???

Is anyone else having problems accessing surveys on My Points? Since Sunday, every time I check to see if a there's a survey it tells me that there are none available. I used to be able to at least try to qualify for two or three a day.

I've sent several e-mails to Customer Service, but I haven't received an explanation yet. Just wondering if it's a site-wide problem or just me.

I just did one this morning, but I hadn't tried since last week, so I don't know if I had this problem or not.

no problems with mypoints, but i read on another website that some major survey companies were having server issues a week or so ago, so that could have something to do with it.

i did TWO pinecone surveys on feb. 17th, and still haven't been paid for them, and i've sent two e-mails about it, which have gone unanswered.
