My Points Problem

Is anyone else having a problem with My Points? I tried to log in today and it says my account is frozen. My friend also had the same problem. We sent emails, but it usually takes them a while to respond.

No problem right now for me, although I did have a problem a few weeks back where I noticed I was not getting paid e-mails from them. I e-mailed them and somehow my preferences had gotten changed. They fixed the problem for me. Hope things get straightened out for you soon

I haven't received emails from my points for several weeks. I have emailed them several times but their responses aren't helping. They thought the emails were going to my bulk folder which they are not. They keep saying they will look into the problem. I did receive a web certificate from them so I know my email address is okay. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Do these points convert to Disney reward points? I'm new at this. I'm currently just signing up with mypoints.com and the others listed. TIA!

Ashley, no one converts to Disney Rewards points except the money you spend on your Disney Visa. Many of the rewards programs offer Disney dollars or Gift Cards as payouts, with Sunshine Rewards being the most popular right now.
