My pin code expired, & I didn't know I had it!

So bummed.... I just called to check if I had any pin codes waiting for me...

And I did! But, they expired two weeks ago!

What the heck?!?!? We didn't even have the idea to go two weeks ago, so I wouldn't have known to call. Ugghhh....

Then I tried to call back to check under my mother's name, since her and my dad would be traveling with us, and that CM told me they don't check for pin codes anymore! (15 minutes after I checked for mine). This is frustrating!

I had one that expired on 12/24, but it was for free dining for the rest of 2008 and I couldn't go back down that quick. Maybe it was something like that that you couldn't have used anyway.

Same thing happened to me last fall. I wouldn't have been able to use the one that was in my name anyway. Not sure why I never received an email or snail mail about it, because I have in the past.
