I just got my new Nex 5n back from Sony yesterday after have the clicking noise while recording video fixed. Today, I thought I would take it to my local park with my DD and test out my Hoya ND400 filter on my Sigma 10-20. After the first shot I noticed this cloudy look to my photo and my heart dropped. I dont think it could be my lens/filter because it leaves this perfect line down the right side of my photos. The right side looks like its clear and the left looks cloudy. In normal photos this is unnoticable but with longer exposures its very noticable. Does anyone have any opinions on the problem? I just bought this 5n less than 1 month ago so I can still return it or get it fixed under warranty.

I figured out the problem. There was light leaking in through the adapter. Wrapped a towel around the lens mount and got a perfect exposure. That sure saved me plenty of time. I was worried I was going to have to send my camera to Sony repair. I think i need to try to rig something around my adapter.
