My neighbors...

If we ever find out what's going on over there it's probably going to be something very disappointing. Oh well, at least it's keeping us entertained for now.

This thread has been way better summer reading than anything I'm going to get at Barnes and Nobles!!:lmao:

Oh, I'm so in on this one!!! I'm dying to know what they are up to.

I bet the cop was there because one of them (the father or one of the sons) backed into someones car or something and then took off but someone got the plate.

First Breezy1077 I WANT those 2 coneys!! I so miss Cincinnati chili!!!

The car in the house reminds me of an Andy Griffith episode. The one where Andy asks Goober to watch the jail and he rebuilds the car inside the jail because he's not supposed to leave. It was on TV last week.

Back to the original topic. Do you know them well enough to make an excuse to go over and visit or give them something you have but just can't use? Do you have other neighbors who have noticed this activity?

It just makes no sense that they would walk and put something outside the window and then pull in the driveway and go inside.

Are they trying to look in the window without whoever is inside knowing that they are home? The bag would be an excuse if they got caught. Maybe they suspect the boys of doing something they are not supposed to be doing.

I couldn't stand it. I would have to find out some way. This is bad enough just reading the posts! :)

Ok, I haven't had a chance to read the car in the house thread, but I have to ask.......if you build an entire car IN the house, how do you get it OUT????

Now, as for the Great White Bag mystery. The police shed a whole new light on things. I'm wondering how many houses on your street are blogging the very same thing elsewhere on the internet. Maybe one of the other neighbors alerted the police to suspicious activity. Still not sure about the ticket though. So many things to ponder!

You would have to take it back apart (like Goober) or take a wall out.

:rotfl2:

Ok,
Do they reach in and drop the bag or toss it in quickly? Do all family memebers do it or just certain ones? would you assume this is a bedroom window?

Once trash is on the curb for pickup it is no longer private property...I say run over on pre garbage day night and take it!!! go through it and see if there are now empty white bags...

I have a question. When they stop the car before their property, would someone be able to see the car from inside the house?

I bet somebody in the house is on a diet. The others are making runs to Kryspy Cream and throwing them through the window so as to not tip off the dieter... :cool2:

OMG! :lmao:

TOO FUNNY!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Man, I'm sorry to be so late to this thread. Gotta go catch up!

So today I am feeling well enough to venture outside. I wander in the street to pick up an empty toilet paper roll that I have no idea how it got there. ;) I got a better look at the window and it is the ONLY window with a blind on it.

The blind looks like the color of cardboard and is probably a roll down type blind. The window next to it has a window air conditioner in it and no blind on top.

This whole thing keeps getting weirder. :scared:

To answer a few questions....

I assume it is a bedroom window.
Yes, I would think they are stopping at the property line so whomever is in the house will not see the drop off.
I don't know them well enough to go talk to them, and frankly they make me uneasy.

I'm beginning to hear the slight strains of the Cops theme song playing in my head ... (bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do...) :happytv:

You've got to be kidding me.

Paint us a picture of the scene. Do you live the the suburbs or in the city?
Where exactly did you find this empty toilet paper roll. On your side of the street or theirs??
Inquiring minds want to know...

If I interpreted the wink correctly, I believe OP put it there herself so she would have an excuse to view things a little closer.

I thought that same thing, but desperate times call for desperate measures. :lmao: BTW, don't feel bad, I could be completely wrong about this!

Don't feel stupid. I never picked up on it either!!! :rotfl2: For the life of me I was trying to imagine the scenario that caused that roll to end up there.

Did they finish using the roll in their car? What were they doing in the car. Did someones house get tp'ed? I just couldn't figure it out!!! :lmao:
